These Terms govern your use of Xeno AI services, including consulting, automation development, AI audits, deliverables, documentation, and access to any client portals or digital tools. By engaging with Xeno AI or accessing our materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Xeno AI provides AI implementation, automation setup, advisory, and related services as outlined in your proposal, subscription, or signed agreement. Services may evolve as technology changes, and we may update workflows or tools when needed to ensure performance, quality, and security. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote or add-on fee.
Clients must provide accurate information, timely access, and necessary approvals for work to proceed. You are responsible for ensuring you have the proper rights to all data, platforms, accounts, and assets shared with Xeno AI. Delays caused by missing information or access may shift timelines or impact deliverables.
All custom-built automations, strategies, reports, and deliverables created for you are yours upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Xeno AI retains ownership of internal tools, pre-built systems, frameworks, and processes used to deliver services. You may not resell or redistribute our proprietary systems without written permission.
Payments must be made in accordance with the pricing plan, proposal, or invoice provided. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Due to the hands-on, custom nature of our work, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Xeno AI provides AI and automation solutions to enhance business processes, but results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific revenue, performance, or operational outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeno AI is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or consequences arising from third-party platforms, APIs, or service outages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 90 days.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, outstanding payments become due, and you will receive any completed deliverables.
